INTEROR DESIGN ARRANGEMENT level 2 → Preliminary Design phase
More advanced than decoration advice, the Preliminary Design step presents a more concrete project of space reorganization. Before making the Preliminary Design file, I study the needs for the space and everything related to its new identity (luminosity, storage, circulation, specific activities, living hours in the room, atmosphere, possible works, etc.), then I present different version (the Sketch step, level 1). As soon as a version is chosen, we define together adjustments, and then, I build the Preliminary Design file. It is composed of 3D perspectives that help to project oneself in space, plans (and elevations) with captions, and shopping lists (without exact references at this step, with some exceptions).
Each project is different, here are some examples: I can imagine the rehabilitation of a room (image 1), an enlargement of a living room (image 2), redefine a whole floor (image 3)...
