Opening up the entire upper floor / living space of a family home in Stuttgart (2020)

For this project, my involvement was fully remote and focused solely on the creative aspects. After receiving the floor plans and the clients’ needs, I proposed several layout options — each offering different ways to store and display their book collection. I then developed the final solution in 3D to help the clients better visualize the space.

The result is an open, light-filled space that still keeps the staircase to the bedrooms discreet. The bookshelf becomes a display feature, with an open section and hidden storage in the background — adding an element of surprise.
